Foam Roller

A foam roller is a great tool for posture correction. A foam roller can be used as a traction device or to roll-out tight shortened muscles. Massage sore muscles in comfort using a soft roller or more firm unit with a vibratory option.

Lessen pain and improve function using a foam roller. Once muscles loosen the pain will reduce. A normal length muscle will give you greater flexibility and improved muscle strength.

Use a foam roller to perform a wide range of exercises and movements. Foam rollers have multiple uses such as for traction, rolling-out trigger points and as a self-massager.
